Objective: To study the effects of therapeutic effect of CYFRA and immunity with Fu-zheng-ye for lung cancer.
目的:探討扶正液對於肺癌患者的免疫生物調控作用。
METHODS Serum CyFRA 21 1 and CEA were determined using immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) in 30 NSCLC patients and 20 healthy adults.
方法採用免疫放射分析方法對30例經臨牀和病理証實的NSCLC患者和20例正常人進行血清CyFRA21?1和CEA聯郃測定。
CEA, CA 125 and CYFRA 21 1 in serum can be used as adjunctive indexes in distinguishing pathological types, clinical stages and prognostic judgement of lung cancer.
